•With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the horse racing industry, Joe possess deep expertise and a proven track record.
•Joe’s leadership includes Board Member stints of the New York Racing Association (NYRA), the National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) and the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders of America (TOBA). Additionally, he served as President of the Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association (THA) and the New York Jockey Injury Compensation Fund (NYJICF).
